I used the Saunders Q A book and liked that one a lot. It had more comprehensive exams with betetr rationales. Personally, I benefitted from having a lot of different sources, the more sample questions the betetr. I studied for a week straight prior to taking NCLEX. I answered something like 3000 questions and read every rationale. That was the most helpful to me. And if you take those comprehensive exams and are able to consistently get above 60%, you are basically sure to pass. Good luck!
